Friendship and family are central to "The Story of the Fox." Each beer is brewed as a tribute to a person dear to the brewer. Levi is the brewer's daughter and is always called Leeveke by Grandma Gerda, "sweetheart" in Limburgish. Levi is a unique specimen, a true co-creation of Natasja's idiosyncratic character and Frank's sweet stories. We hope that Leeveke can be appreciated by many without being pigeonholed into a typical (beer) box. This beautiful creation defies the norm and discovers who she wants to be!
